Barrett’s experienced in fostering a student-centered environment mentoring, teaching and advising students for success. A graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management, she has worked with at-risk youth groups, families from various socioeconomic backgrounds and many first-generation students to help them navigate their academic journey. Barrett is passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where students feel valued and heard.
