PROJECT INTEGRATE

Our goal is to better understand why adolescents and young adults, including college students, misuse alcohol and how to help them drink less and have fewer problems. Project INTEGRATE utilizes most granular data from existing intervention studies to determine how interventions work, for whom, and make suggestions for developing better interventions in the future and help stakeholders to make evidence-based decisions. We have also developed new approaches to data integration, harmonization, and synthesis so that we can better describe the story the data is telling us. Project INTEGRATE has been supported by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism since 2010.
