Stacy is a transformational leader whose prior 20 year career with Fidelity Investments produced a passion for equipping leaders and engaging teams. Her quick wit and ability to break down barriers enable her to do what she really enjoys: collaborating with multiple departments and groups, using her knowledge of the drivers of engagement to improve offerings and helping people find the most motivating way to deliver messages. She has a successful track record of building innovative programs and creating a more engaged work environment where she genuinely feels it is a privilege to serve.
