Carl is the Learning and Development Administrator with the HSC HR team where he works to build an agile workforce at HSC. He has an extensive background in both education and learning & development. He joined UNT System in August of 2013 as a training specialist where he helped improve the various business process training offered to faculty and staff across our three campuses as well as UNT System personnel. He also developed and delivered workshops and retreats for System employees on topics such as accountability, positive leadership, and change management. Prior to joining UNT System, Carl taught college classes in Rhetoric, Humanities, and US History in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and San Antonio. He also worked as an Assistant Principal in schools in San Antonio and Mexico City where he worked closely with faculty, students and families.
