COVID-19 Research

The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on communities. Rajesh R. Nandy, PhD, Associate Professor of Biostatics and Epidemiology, and a data analytics team is studying all publicly available data related to the pandemic and will release periodic reports on current trends and projections. HSC is committed to keeping the community informed with timely, accurate information during the pandemic.

Rajesh R. Nandy, PhD

About Dr. Nandy

Dr. Rajesh Nandy is an Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Epidemiology in HSC School of Public Health. He received his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Washington. Dr. Nandy worked previously as Senior Fellow for the Department of Radiology at the University of Washington to perform research on data analysis methods in neuroimaging data.  Prior to joining HSC in 2013, he served on the faculty at UCLA as an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics and Psychology.
