Event: The New Landscape for Tarrant County WomenA€AsAHs Health Care

UNT Health Science Center and the Interconception Care Committee of the ForHER Institute will join together to host a presentation and panel discussion about women’s health care.

When: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6

Where: Research & Education Building, RES-100, UNTHSC campus, 3500 Camp Bowie Blvd.

What’s in store: The presentation and discussion will include the changing landscape for women’s health care services, specifically in Tarrant County. The presenter, Steve Jacob, and an expert panel made up of medical professionals will focus on how uninsured women of childbearing age before and between pregnancies will be affected by current changes in the availability of women’s health care services.
