Forum explores links between health and business
The Better Health Through Economic Opportunity forum is coming to UNT Health Science Center on Thursday and will explore the links among health, education, employment and income.
It’s the fourth in a series of 10 forums held around the country by the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce is also hosting the event.
The forum will focus on the influence of local and regional businesses to empower healthier individuals and communities. - Betsy Price, Mayor of Fort Worth
- Cheryl Oldham, Vice President, Education Policy, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Center for Education and Workforce
- Elizabeth Sobel Blum, Senior Advisor of Community Development, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas
