May 10Living Well Aware Conference, Friday, May 10, 11:30 am to 5 p.m., UNT Health Science Center Medical Education & Training (MET) Building (Rooms – 109/110/111), 1000 Montgomery Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107.  $45.00 per person (includes lunch, breaks and course syllabus. Patricia Sulak, MD, from Scott & White Clinic and Hospital and Texas A & M Health Sciences Center College of Medicine will speak on most common health problems, their causes, resources, skills and motivation to make life changes.
