This is Whole Health: Veda Womack

Veda Womack[93]“In my role as an educator, my experience in promoting Whole Health is most evident in my guidance and mentorship of students. When addressing the topic of time management, I consistently emphasize the significance of incorporating self-care, spiritual well-being and physical health into their lives. I encourage them to begin by identifying activities they genuinely enjoy and then assist them in finding dedicated time slots in their schedules to prioritize these aspects. I also make it a point to inform students about the financial resources available from the school, acknowledging the importance of their financial well-being, which can often have a significant impact on their overall state of health. Additionally, I offer them access to a network of Care Team resources to support their mental health as they navigate the unique phases of their Master of Physician Assistant Studies journey.”

Veda Womack, MBA, PA-C
