UNTHSC and clinics resuming normal operations Tuesday

UNT Health Science Center and all UNT Health clinics will reopen Tuesday, Dec. 10, and resume normal operations.

The Health Science Center’s emergency office and facilities team have determined that all buildings are safe and accessible. Crews have worked throughout the weekend and Monday to clear parking lots and pathways on campus and at the clinics. Some sidewalks that are shaded still have icy spots, so please only follow paths that are clear and dry.

Parking Lot 1 on the main campus will be closed Tuesday morning. The garages will be open to all employees and patients.

We recognize that our employees come to the Health Science Center from all over the DFW area and that some local school districts are operating on delays. Employees should contact their supervisors if road conditions are unsafe in their area, or if local school delays have created child-care gaps. Supervisors are instructed to accommodate individual circumstances.
