Several UNT Health Science Center (UNTHSC) alumni, professors and clinicians will deliver presentations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, at the first-ever Sports Medicine Day event on the UNTHSC campus. This event will also serve as the Midwest Regional American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine (SAOASM) Conference.

The conference will bring together physicians and students of all disciplines from all over Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa and Missouri.

Presenters include San Antonio Spurs Team Doctor Paul Saenz, DO, a 1986 TCOM graduate, UNTHSC Sports Medicine physicians Daniel Clearfield, DO, Sarah Kennedy, DO, and Chair of the Physical Therapy Department, Clayton Holmes.
