Claim your free membership
To claim your free Institutional Membership, complete the following steps:
- Go to http://www.ncfdd.org/join
- Choose your institution from the drop-down menu
- Select “Activate my Membership”
- Complete the registration form using your institutional email address (i.e. @unthsc.edu)
- Go to your institution email to find a confirmation/welcome email. Click “Activate Account” in the email.

We are pleased to announce that the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (HSC) has entered into a partnership with the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) as an institutional member, effective February 1, 2024. The NCFDD, an esteemed independent professional development center, is dedicated to facilitating successful transitions and growth throughout the academic careers of faculty members.
With a profound commitment to fostering faculty success, the NCFDD collaborates with academic institutions, organizations, and individuals, providing comprehensive programs and services aimed at enhancing various aspects of professional life. These offerings encompass elevating writing productivity, cultivating a harmonious work-life equilibrium, cultivating expansive networks of peer support within the campus community, and nurturing a resolute allegiance to one’s academic home.
HSC’s institutional membership with the NCFDD grants all faculty members, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students access to an array of invaluable resources. These resources comprise self-paced instructional materials for individual advancement, as well as a selection of scheduled workshops and collaborative events designed for group participation. Following the completion of the account activation process, these resources will become readily accessible to you.
We look forward to the enhanced opportunities and professional growth that this collaboration with the NCFDD promises to bring to our academic community. Through the utilization of these resources, we aim to further empower our faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students in their pursuit of excellence within their respective fields.
