The Facilities Customer Service Center is responsible for processing work request in response to the needs of the HSC community. 

 

To process your request and follow-up, we will need: 

  • Specific location (building, floor, room) 
  • Description of problem or source of issue 
  • Name as listed in directory, phone number and email address 
  • Department name and school  

 

For facilities – related emergencies  

  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM call Facilities CSC at (817) 735-2181  
  • For after hours call HSC Police non-emergency line at (817) 735-2210

  • Fire 
  • Flood 
  • Sewer back up  
  • Leaks 
  • Power outages
  • Lock out 
  • Elevator issues
