Facilities Management is the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s resource for maintenance, operations, custodial services, remodeling, renovation and new construction. FMS is comprised of construction management & design services, custodial management, facilities management, utility & energy management and office of sustainability. 

• Facilities Management and Services Remodel – scheduled to be complete June 2024
• MET 5th Floor Nursing – scheduled to be complete July 2024
• Lot 6 resurfacing – July 2024
