FLIM Microscope (1) ALBA (ISS), three laser diodes, Olympus IX71 Microscope.

Advanced time-resolved laser-scanning confocal system “Alba” is equipped with three laser diode excitation sources and can be used for intensity, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), and fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM). The system uses two independent confocal pinholes, two detectors and can simultaneously measure in two confocal planes. The system is equipped with the advanced software for “phaser” type analysis.
