There are two Discovery Centers on campus.

Carl E. Everett Education and Administration building, 5th floor room 552 (EAD-552)

• Biosafety Level 2 laboratory
• No manipulation or propagation of human pathogenic viruses
• Manipulation of unfixed human-origin samples possible
• No work with radioactive materials permitted

Research & Education building, 1st floor room 123 (RES-123)

• Telephone (817) 735-2372
• Biosafety Level 2 laboratory
• Propagation of Biosafety Level 2 pathogenic viruses allowed on a case-by-case basis
• Manipulation of unfixed human-origin samples possible
• No work with radioactive materials permitted
