Permitting: Hot Work, Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry

Safety issues the following construction/ hazardous work permits for both contractors and HSC staff:

• Hot Work
• Fall Protection
• Lockout/Tagout
• Confined space

Those seeking permits must submit their request before work begins via the Safety office. The permit will be issued by Safety personnel onsite. Please follow the instructions for each type of permit you are requesting.
