TAKE on HIV strives to provide the necessary tools, resources, and quality HIV education to future healthcare professionals through the integration of the Nation HIV Curriculum e-Learning Platform (NHC).
This project provides tailored training and technical assistance to faculty of participating accredited health professions programs on the navigation and integration of the NHC into their programs and curricula.
Our program helps to address the national shortages in the HIV clinical workforce by creating a pipeline of future competent healthcare professionals adequately training to medically manage the treatment and care of people with HIV.
Our Resources
‘TAKE on HIV’ is a national collaboration that aims to provide free training, tools, and technical assistance to support integration of the National HIV Curriculum (NHC) into Health Professions Programs (HPP). We provide training and tools for HPP faculty to integrate the NHC and expand HIV knowledge content within their programs. Our goal is to support the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality HIV knowledge content with tailored training and technical assistance for integration.
