On Friday, December 1st, team members across campus came together in person and online to celebrate HSC’s Valubility recognition program that launched in 2015. The event took a look back at the founding of Valubility, including how the word started, as well the three components of the recognition program: High5, Valubility of the Month and Valubility of the Year. Key milestones were celebrated, and highlights were shared. It was a special time to thank so many who have contributed to HSC’s values-based culture. A special video was shared to honor and commemorate the last eight years of recognizing people living Our Values. The Office of Culture & Experience shared where HSC and the UNT System are headed next with the vision of the next recognition program, “The North Texas Way”. Thanks to all who attended, volunteered, and celebrated Valubility. We are excited about what is next!
