April 29, 2022 • April 2022, Collaboration, valubility, VOTM
Valubility of the Month Nominee April 2022
Nominated by the Academic Communications Team for Collaboration
Shea goes above and beyond, collaborating with departments/teams and Schools on events, signage, displays, educational and community exhibits, and other projects showcasing HSC to internal and external audiences. She embraces teamwork, brings visionary ideas to life, and takes great pride in her work and the accomplishment of successful HSC projects. Shea helped bring to life CPH visual educational displays, including an opioid crisis exhibit; displays highlighting students and alumni; a visual timeline of historical milestones; public health wall words and more. She’s creative, forward-thinking and budget conscious, currently helping CPH create a new lobby exhibit, incorporating Vision, Teamwork, Respect, Integrity. She’s been an integral, guiding force at every step along the way in planning and preparing for TCOM’s 50th anniversary celebration (a showcase event!) and enhanced branding, also being point of contact for 3 other events surrounding the anniversary. She also collaborated with Institutional Advancement, MARCOM and College of Pharmacy to create a visual display honoring one of our donors and campus neighbors, telling the significant story of Daniel Drug’s contributions to pharmacy over the past 70 years. We’re grateful for her sharp visual mastery and ability to honor our various health professions on campus through thoughtful, meaningful design. Shea is great to work with, delivering a first-class product every time!
