Buy a parking permit
Parking permits are available for purchase online.
Online payment options include credit and debit cards. No refunds, all sales are final. Permits purchased online or in office will be distributed from the parking office or a designated location. Please “print permit” at the end of your transaction to use as a temporary permit until the actual permit is picked up.
In-person payment options include check, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
Everyone will need to renew their permit annually, updating or confirming their vehicle information. All outstanding parking citations must be paid before obtaining a new parking permit. Fines may be paid online or in person.
Hourly Parking
Please use Parkmobile. Hourly parking located on Bunting Ave, Haskell St. and Bottom of Lot 1 of Clifton Ave.
Download is required for the App.
Day Passes
Bicycles are exempt from parking permit fees, but must be parked in designated bicycle racks.

The parking office is managed by Shanika Covington.
The ‘Police Visitor‘ parking spaces are available for Police Department business only. Once your business is complete, you must vacate the space. There is no permit required for these visitor spaces, but you must be conducting business within the Police Department. You may NOT leave your vehicle parked in these spaces once you have left the Police Department.
Law enforcement services are provided by the Police Department.
