Testing FAQ for students:

How do I access my grades in Canvas?

• Go to Canvas
• Log in using your student ID and password
• Click on the correct course
• Click on the ‘Grades’ tab in the left hand navigation

How do I access my grade report in ExamSoft?

• Go to ExamSoft
• Log in using your student ID and password
• Click on the ‘Courses’ tab at the top of the screen
• Click on the specific course for the exam you want to view
• Find the red and blue icon beside the exam, under the ‘Notifications/Actions Required’ column
• Click on the icon and a PDF of your report will appear

How do I locate my final course grades?

• Final grades can be found in EIS

Where is the IT helpdesk located?

• The IT helpdesk is located on the second floor of the library (Helpdesk homepage)
