Medicat

Students will document compliance records through Medicat, our immunization compliance partner. With Medicat, you will be able to upload immunization information, obtain immunization records, and download/upload health forms. New students will be automatically enrolled in Medicat by mid-April of their first year and will receive an email with further instructions for accessing their account. To submit documentation for immunization and screening requirements, visit unthsc.medicatconnect.com and login using your university EUID and password. Once uploaded, we will verify your entries and notify you of any non-compliance issues. View the step-by-step instructions to upload documents and view missing requirements in Medicat.

Vaccination compliance will be evaluated prior to the start date of each semester. If you have not met requirements before registration for the next semester, you will have a hold placed on your account and will not be able to register for upcoming classes unless all requirements are met. We will also perform monthly compliance audits for all students to ensure requirements are maintained throughout the year.
